Summary: "More than a little disappointing"

For something in this price range I honestly didn't expect very much. Even so, I am a little disappointed in the quality of this case. The latches are very flimsy (AND THEY DO NOT LOCK CONTRARY TO THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION). The handle feels as though it would easily break if anything at all heavy were placed in the case. I would not put anything of value in this case.

For my purpose (I just need a place to dump billing statements until I can scan then shred them) it will be OK. It isn't worth returning as the shipping cost and hassle would be more than this case is worth.
